Slieve Gullion Sinn Féin Councillor Mickey Larkin has called for vigilance within South Armagh communities following burglaries at three houses in Dromintee and Killean. Burglary“After a period of respite from these types of crimes it appears that another gang are preying on our community,” he said. “Two houses were entered while the householders were at family events while a third unoccupied house was also broken into. Several items of sentimental value were stolen during the robberies. “I have spoken to the PSNI in relation to these incidents. Two suspects were seen at one of the properties in Dromintee during lunchtime on Tuesday. Within an hour a second house was entered at Killean. “The Police are seeking a number of vehicles in relation to this and other incidents.
