Mountain bike and child seat stolen during burglary | Newry News Today
Police are appealing for information following a report of a burglary which occurred at a property in the Castlewellan Road area of Newcastle.
Sometime between 8 pm on Friday 11 November and 9 am on Saturday 12 November, it was reported that entry was gained to a shed in the area.
A SCOTT genius mountain bike, with distinctive aluminous green pedals and a red and black child seat attached, was stolen during the incident.
Enquiries are continuing and police are appealing to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area at the time of the incident, or who may be offered similar items for sale in suspicious circumstances, to contact police in Downpatrick on 101 quoting reference number 498 12/11/22.
