Up to 12-weeks work placement allowance

£230 per week Kilkeel Harbour

 

 

A funded SEAFLAG programme which provides fully paid work placements with businesses located in Kilkeel harbour.

Are you unemployed and living in Kilkeel or surrounding areas?

Southern Regional College is offering you up to 12-weeks fully paid programme in which you are placed with businesses in Kilkeel harbour and provided with consolidatory training by Southern Regional college and receive a weekly income of £230.

Experience employment opportunities in the Kilkeel harbour, gain a level 1 certificate in employability and potentially secure a permanent job.

Complete up to 12-weeks training and placement programme and you will be offered an interview for a position at your placement business.

Paid industry/employer focused placement areas

The work placements will be in a range of areas.

For example, opportunities in the following areas will be offered as well as other areas,

 • Business/ Admin/ ICT

 • Marine Engine & engineering

 • Digital Media Officer

 • Food Technology Officer

 • Offshore Operations & Administration Officer

 • Quality Control Processor

 • Maintenance operatives

 • General Operative (Packaging)

 • Printing

Various Locations

The work placements are offered across a range of businesses situated at Kilkeel harbour.
