Three teenagers and 22-year-old due in Newry Court today on fraud-related charges
Four men have been charged with attempted fraud by false representation.
They were also charged with possession of articles in use in frauds.
It is believed the charges relate to an incident in which an attempt was made to use what police believe may be false financial details at a retail park in Banbridge.
The incident took place on Tuesday 24 November.
Three of the men are 19-years-old and one man is 22-years-old.
All four men are due to appear at Newry Magistrates Court via videolink today, Thursday 26 November.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
