Northern Ireland students are being urged to sign up for a live study skills webinar for GCSE and A-Level students taking place in November and December 2020.

LearnSpark Ready Steady Study Virtual - Live Study Skills Webinar - Newry online

The webinar will be delivered by LearnSpark Director, Paul Gray, who established LearnSpark Ltd in 2011.

In the sessions, LearnSpark will help transform students’ approach to Motivation, Goal Setting, Time Management, Note Taking, Memory Enhancement, Exam Technique, and Managing Stress and Resilience.

Paul is a teacher with 23 year’s experience, teaching Business Studies, Economics and Politics at GCSE and A-Level.

He is an expert in the development of Independent Learning and Study Skills, having worked with over 360 schools across the UK and Ireland.

He has an infectious energy and passion for education and helping young people grow and reach their full potential.

Speaking about the upcoming webinars, Paul told Newry Times, “During these challenging times our young people are under increasing pressure.

“Every assessment and test they complete has taken on greater importance with the unpredictability around how final GCSE and A-Level grades will be determined.

“These exciting series of study skills webinars will empower students with the essential skills they need to overcome the challenges with confidence, ensuring they reach their full potential,” he adds.

Beginning his career as a post-primary teacher of business studies and economics, Paul later went on to work with the Education and Library Board, now the Education Authority, for Northern Ireland.

He then worked as an education manager for CCEA.

As an educational support organisation, LearnSpark aims to deliver energising, motivational training and support.

The upcoming webinar will help students to learn how to study for GCSE and A-level exams (and equivalents).

Students can enjoy all six sessions for just £34.95, which is less than £6.00 per session per student.
