Two new faces at Warrenpoint Town FC

Warrenpoint Town Football Club has announced the signing of 19-year-old defender James Prendergast and 20-year-old forward Brandon Doyle.

James comes in from Dundalk FC, where he has gone up through the ranks playing for several youth teams.

Prendergast (19), has impressed in pre-season so far and will wear the number 14 jersey for the upcoming Danske Bank Premiership season.



Brandon Doyle joins the club on loan from Linfield FC.

The 20-year-old forward has already made his debut for the Linfield first team, coming on as a sub in a league cup win last season. 

The young forward will wear the number 11 jersey for the ‘Point this season.



“Both players will be a great addition to the squad, and we look forward to seeing both young players in action this season,” a Spokesperson said.

Warrenpoint Town kick off their league campaign tomorrow, travelling to Inver Park to take on Larne FC.
