Autism Awareness Training for local people and businesses

The Southern Health and Social Care Trust’s Autism Service is hosting their first Autism Awareness Training for local people and businesses to avail of.

The event will take place on Wednesday 3 April 2019 at Armagh Planetarium from 10:30am – 12:30pm.

Paul Morgan, Director of Children and Young People said, “This is a great opportunity for local business to get involved and develop an awareness of autism.

“The event has been coproduced with our children and young people to celebrate Autism Awareness Week in April.

“The event will allow people to develop an understanding of autism strategies, consider adjustments that you or your business can make to support autism awareness and for each business that attends will receive an Autism Aware badge to display,” he added.
