Connaire continued, “We are back in the Danske Bank Premiership and we believe that it is vital to look after the youth of today for us to stay here and build for the future. We have the perfect facilities at Milltown along with managers at all age groups to help our players improve and develop.
“We believe that we have exceptional young players within the u20s squad and these players have the potential to push on and fight for a place on the senior team. An example of this is 17-year-old Lorcan Forde who has recently got his chance for the seniors and has been performing well.
He added, “We are a very young team and we have brought in many new young signings. We believe that Keith can help develop and guide our young players in the right direction for the benefit of the club and bridging the gap between the senior squad and the under 18 panel.”
