Sinn Féin Councillor urges against improper waste disposal
Sinn Féin Councillor for Slieve Gullion Terry Hearty has urged those responsible for filling public bins with excess household waste to be more mindful of the needs of whole community.
Hearty has said several residents have approached him regarding the filling of St. Patricks Primary School bin, and other units of public waste disposal, with loose household waste.
“Many people have expressed concerns to me about the unhygienic disposal of their loose personal waste in bins at the local Primary School, which have been overflowing.
“Residents are expected to manage their waste correctly as a househould, including reducing unnecessary waste.
