Warrenpoint Town midfielder selected for NI u19 Training Camp

Warrenpoint Town midfielder Liam McKenna has been called up to the Northern Ireland U19 training camp.

The 17 year old, who signed this season, has impressed the Milltown faithful and now the Northern Ireland International set up.

This is the second calling for the young midfielder.

The training camp will take place between the 19th and 23rd March at Lilleshall NSC in Shropshire, England.

It will involve two competitive games against local academies.

This latest announcement continues a growing trend at Warrenpoint with the youth being involved with the Irish FA setup at many levels from under 11 upwards.
