Newry police appeal for witnesses after burglar targets hairdressers

Police in Newry are appealing for information following the report of a burglary at commercial premises at a business park. The burglary took place at premises on the Forkhill Road area of Newry on Tuesday 23rd February. psni13Entry was gained to the hairdressing salon at around 8.30pm by a man who smashed the front door with a rock. A number of items were taken, police say. CCTV footage is being viewed as part of ongoing enquiries by local police.
