Appeal for witnesses after South Armagh arson

Police are appealing for information following a suspected arson at flats in the Church Road area of Forkhill in the early hours of Wednesday 30th December.

Just after 4.20am, police received the report of a fire at a flat. A 27 year old man from another flat was taken to hospital for treatment. He was discharged later that morning.

Anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area is asked to contact Newtownhamilton Police Station on the non emergency number 101, quoting reference number 175 of 30/12/15.
