Police explore possible link between two Newry incidents
Police in Newry are appealing for information following two incidents.
Sometime between Sunday, 22nd November and Monday, 23rd November, entry was forced to a business unit on Armagh Road.
The premises were damaged with glass smashed and a shutter broken.
During the same time frame windows were smashed at a primary school in Ballinlare Gardens and fires were started around the perimeter of the school.
Speaking to Newry Times, Constable Philip Kelly said, “We believe there may be a link between these incidents and we are appealing to anyone who has information which may assist our investigations to contact us on 101 in Newry.”
