Warrenpoint police appeal for information after wallet and cash stolen

Police in Warrenpoint are appealing for information following an incident of criminal damage and theft. car theftSometime between 4.15pm and 7.15pm on Thursday, 9th July, the driver’s window of a silver Honda CRV, parked at Spelga reservoir car park was smashed with a stone. A wallet containing a sum of cash was stolen. Speaking to Newry Times, Constable Caoimhe McCaughey said, “We would like to hear from anyone who has information which may assist our investigation. “We can be contacted in Warrenpoint on 101, quoting ref: 1036 090715.”
