Witnesses sought after car theft

Police in South Armagh are investigating the report of the theft of a car from a car park at Chapel Hill in Jonesborough on Friday 5th June.

A silver Volkswagen Passat, VRM AXZ 8565, was reported to have been stolen sometime between midday and 2pm from the car park.

Investigating Officer, Constable Michael Finucane, is appealing for anyone who noticed any suspicious activity or who has any information to contact officers at Newtownhamilton on 101 quoting reference number 667050615.

Information can also be passed anonymously through the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
