Neil McAteer, Manager of Haldane Fisher Athletic Football Club in Newry, will take part along with his players at the event on Saturday 2nd May at Sheepbridge Bar in Newry.

Speaking to Newry Times, Neil explained his and the player’s motivation to take part was brought about when one of the player’s daughters was diagnosed with Cancer 3 years ago.

“Thankfully,” Neil explains, “she has made a full recovery and has been cheering us on this year on the sidelines.

“But on behalf of himself and the team we would like to give something back to the Charity that helped him and his family out so much during this tough time,” Neil added.

Doors open at 8pm and tickets cost £5, which will get you into the Sheepbridge, a buffett and a disco after the Full Monty. There will also be a sport auction, raffle and a once in a season player auction for all the single ladies.

FullMonty3Tickets can be purchased from the Sheepbridge Bar, Haldane Fisher shop counter or directly from any Haldane Fisher player.

Tickets can also be purchased from Neil on 07940521343 or Chris on 07809293809 if people need them delivered.
