Gray excited after Warrenpoint Town secure signing of ‘rising star’ Frazer

Warrenpoint Town have confirmed Jonny Frazer, the Linfield youth academy player has signed.

Manager Barry Gray says Frazer is a ‘rising star’

Following a previous announcement that a deal was agreed and that the paperwork was “still being processed” the local club said they are delighted to welcome the “rising star.”

Taking time out from his trip at Bolton alongside Daniel Hughes, who is on trial at the Trotters, manager Barry Gray confirmed the striker’s arrival. “At 19 Jonny has a bright future ahead of him and most importantly has displayed the right attitude to wanting to sign for us and play football with us.

“From the reports I have and the knowledge of the lad I believe his is a rising star and we are delighted to have him.”

The Milltown club have been busy in this transfer window with three other players already signed it is obvious that Gray is building a squad that can compete at the highest level.

“We need squad depth to compete in the Premiership and bringing these lads in can only have a positive impact on the whole squad. Its exciting times for us as we prepare to move the team and club forward,” added Barry.
