This year Halloween was celebrated at the Cloughmor Inn in Rostrevor by all the locals for PIPS Newry and Mourne. Local girl Laura Clerkin, a volunteer for PIPS N&M, organised a fancy dress party for the charity and the night was a great hit. On the 1st November, everyone gathered together for a party down at the local bar for a night where £100 was up for grabs for the best dressed plus some fantastic hallo-themed cocktails. Congratulations to Martina Rooney who won best fancy dressed and a special well done to Laura for collecting £240 on the night, all through generous donations by the community. Laura would like to give a huge thank you to all who attended and supported the charity on the night, and also to the Cloughmor Inn for all their help and donations on the night. PIPS Newry & Mourne are delighted with Laura and her fantastic fundraising efforts and we can’t give our thanks enough for all your hard work for the charity. Well done on a fantastic event.
