Michaela Foundation ‘Fashion Tay’ at Buttercrane

Last weekend (Saturday 8th November) Buttercrane and the Michaela Foundation hosted a special Teen Fashion ‘Tay & Biscuits’ event in the centre focusing on fun, fashion and wellbeing. The event, which took place in the Michaela Foundation unit, was hosted by style coach Amanda Rafferty and featured models including some of Michaela Foundation leaders. Over 60 teens heard from Una Kelly, Michaela Foundation on wellbeing, self-confidence and creating a positive body image. Erika Sands from Boots No 7 shared teen skincare tips while Amanda give an overview of top teen fashion trends for autumn/winter and how to transform an outfit for less than a £10.
