Cash taken in Newry Halloween burglary

Police in Newry are appealing for information following a burglary.

Sometime between 6.45pm and 9.45pm on Friday, 31st October, entry was gained to a house in Chestnut Grove and a small sum of cash was taken.

Sergeant Colin Massey stated, “We would like to hear from anyone who witnessed any activity around this area during this time or has information in relation to this incident to contact us on 101, quoting ref: 833011114.”
