Car set on fire in Newry arson attack

Police in Newry are appealing for information after a report of arson at the First Avenue area on the evening of Friday 28th February. At around 11:20pm, it was reported that a silver Citreon Xsara was set on fire in the area. No one is believed to have been injured during the incident and enquiries are continuing. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact police in Newry on 0845 600 8000, quoting ref: 1394280214.
