Police investigate storage shed burglary

Police in Kilkeel are appealing for information following a burglary at a Holiday Park on Leestone Road.

Some time overnight between Thursday, 30th January and Friday, 31st January, a storage shed was broken into.

Nothing was taken however damage was caused to the locks.

Police are appealing to anyone who has information in relation to the incident to contact them in Kilkeel on 0845 600 8000.

Police are also asking anyone who lives close to caravan parks to be vigilant. If you see anything that looks out of place please contact police immediately.

Caravan owners should also take steps to ensure their property is secure and all valuables removed from their vans or storage while they are unoccupied.
