Police investigate South Armagh theft

Police in Newtownhamilton are investigating the report of the theft of cattle from a farm property in the Ballard Road area of south Armagh. The theft of 11 animals consisting of bulls, heifers and a cow was reported on Wednesday 4th December. Police would ask anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area or who has any information to contact them in Newry on 0845 600 8000. Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 11
