Social Media and the Employment Relationship seminar

Newry Chamber of Commerce is hosting a business information seminar in conjunction with the Labour Relations Agency geared at employers to help them understand the many issues around the use of social media and the impact this has on the employment relationship. This seminar will explore how social media is used by employers to enhance their business, how it is managed, and in particular, focuses on dealing with issues arising out of improper use by employees. Emerging case law in this area will also be discussed. This event will take place in Ballybot House on the 25th October from 10am -12.30pm.
