Buttercrane stores celebrate National Customer Service Week
Stores in Buttercrane Shopping Centre will join retailers across the UK to celebrate National Customer Service Week (7th – 13th October).
Throughout the week, uniformed Personal Butlers will help customers to carry bags, help with prams and buggies, offer free coffee vouchers and even hold the umbrella for you so you don’t get wet.
They’ll also pick up the car parking charges for hundreds of lucky customers during the week and someone will win a £100 gift card.
Peter Murray, Centre Manager says, “We really want to focus attention on our customer service and while we believe we provide a great customer experience, we know that there are always ways that we could enhance customer service so feedback is really important to us.
“During this week we will be mystery shopping our own stores and we’re also asking customers to nominate stores or staff that they feel go that extra mile so we can reward that team.”
The Buttercrane Facebook page will also carry staff video profiles as part of the week’s activities to allow customers to get to know their local store managers.
