Police appeal for information after Dublin Road theft

Police in Newry are investigating the theft of a white DAF lorry and trailer from a yard in the Chancellor’s Road area on Saturday 27th April.

It is believed the lorry and trailer were taken at around 4am and the lorry was later recovered in the Old Dublin Road area but the trailer and contents remain missing.

Police believe two males were in the area at the time of the theft. One of the males was wearing dark trousers and top and the second, light coloured trousers and dark top.
