Car stolen in Old Warrenpoint Road burglary

Police in Newry are appealing for information following a creeper style burglary in the Old Warrenpoint Road area in the early hours of Thursday 2nd May. Sometime between 1am and 7am entry was gained to a house in Forest Hills and the keys to the occupant’s grey coloured Toyota Avensis taken. The car, VRM FRZ 8200, was then taken from the property. Police would ask anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area or who has any information to contact them at Ardmore station on 0845 600 8000.
