Newry solicitor publishes eagerly anticipated legal book

Newry solicitor David Curran has had his book published. He was lead co author of the text entitled “Lawyer’s Professional Indemnity Law and Insurance” – a widely awaited legal work running to over 770 pages.

The book deals with all aspects of the defence of negligence claims brought against solicitors by clients or former clients for failure to discharge their services correctly.

It is only the second book ever published to cover both the laws of Northern Ireland and those of the Republic of Ireland simultaneously.
