Police appeal for information after Bessbrook theft

Police in Bessbrook are appealing for information following the theft of a motocross bike.

The orange KIM bike was advertised on a buying and selling website and the seller agreed to meet a buyer at The Gardens, Bessbrook on Sunday, 4th November. The buyer asked to take the bike for a test drive and the seller agreed.

The male buyer drove off at 5pm, did not return and has not been contactable since. He was wearing a black coat, blue jeans and black boots.

Police are appealing to anyone who has information in relation to this theft or the whereabouts of the bike to contact them. The bike has a small crack on the left side and two springs on the bike are different sizes, with one slimmer than the other.

Officers can be contacted on 0845 600 8000. If you prefer to provide information without giving your details you can contact the independent Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
