‘Claim’ to fame for Aspray Property Insurance Management?

Aspray Property Insurance Specialists have been shortlisted as finalists for three awards at the 2012 CIM Ireland Marketing Excellence awards.

Other contenders for the awards include Galgorm Resort & spa, Tennents NI, Ulster GAA, Titanic Belfast, Irwins, Translink, Subway, Autoline and McKeever’s Chemists to name a few.

The CIM Ireland received a record amount of entries this year, with over 150 companies submitting applications from which 66 companies have been shortlisted. The awards, now in its thirteenth year, will take place in the new Titanic Belfast Visitor attraction, hosted by Jim Fitzpatrick, BBC Business Editor.

John Edmund, Chairman of CIM’s Ireland Board said, “The standard of entry this year was extremely competitive and it is a great achievement for all those companies to have been shortlisted for the awards. We wish them all the very best of luck at the ceremony.”

Aspray’s marketing manager, local woman Leanne Rice has been shortlisted as a finalist for the ‘New Marketing Professional of the Year’ award and will be up against some of the marketing professionals in the rival companies throughout Ireland.

Twenty-six year old Leanne added, “The marketing industry is incredibly competitive and particularly challenging in the current economic climate. At Aspray we are increasingly aiming to achieve number one status in the region for property claims management and repairs.

“I am delighted to be working with a young growing company that has so much potential and it is such an honourable achievement to be named a finalist for a CIM award.”

Aspray (Belfast), operating since 2009, are delighted to have been shortlisted for three out of the sixteen award categories. The company are finalists in the following categories: Best Marketing & Sales, Best New Service Introduction Campaign and New Marketing Professional of the Year.

Michael Crilly, Aspray Belfast Director, commented, “As a relatively new company Aspray Belfast has gone from strength to strength since inception in 2009. As the owner of the Belfast branch of the franchise it is a superb testament to be recognised as finalists for the CIM Ireland awards.

“We have heavily developed our marketing and business development strategy over the last year and in these testing times we endeavour in continuing our investment in marketing activity in order to improve our business in Northern Ireland.’
