Man injured after Loanda Crescent masked men assault

Detectives in Newry are appealing for information following an assault in the Loanda Crescent area of Newry on the evening of Wednesday 31st October.

At approximately 7.20pm, it is reported that three masked men knocked on the door of a house and then entered. A man in the house was assaulted and required hospital treatment on a head injury which is not believed to be life threatening.

Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact CID in Ardmore Police Station on 0845 600 8000.
