Community, What's On
Newry and Armagh Sinn Féin MLA Mickey Brady and Newry and Mourne Councillor Charlie Casey are hosting a drop-in session on Saturday the 27th October from 10:30am -1pm at the Meadow Armagh Road Community Centre. People can avail of this opportunity to discuss issues on welfare rights, council issues, policing issues or any other problems. Mickey Brady spoke about the up incoming event, “Everyone is welcome to come along to this session which gives them the chance to speak to us about any problems they may be experiencing and we can offer them practical advice and facilitate in helping them in any way we can. “These sessions are essential and gives us as elected representatives a chance to work within the community. We are only too aware of the financial hardships that people are suffering with the loss of jobs and economic downturn. He added, “Therefore if you think we can be of any help, people should attend the Meadow Armagh Road Community Centre on the 27th October.”
