Recently Anthony Flynn had called on Newry Council officials to introduce play equipment for less-abled children at Slieve Gullion Play Park and the Councillor says he is ‘pleased’ now that it has now been announced that a play swing and roundabout for wheelchair users are due to be installed following the council’s agreement. Flynn commented, “I am pleased with the council’s decision to introduce facilities that cater for less-abled children at Slieve Gullion and I see this as a major progress for our community, that all members can now enjoy the facilities.”
