New Hoi Polloi Store trading strongly at Buttercrane

Buttercrane Centre, Newry is home to Northern Ireland’s newest Hoi Polloi store, bringing the fashion retailer’s latest store count to six in Northern Ireland. The store concept focuses on men’s, ladies and youth fashion departments including shoes and accessories. Now open and trading strongly at Buttercrane Centre, this latest store opening brings the number of jobs created by Hoi Polloi in Northern Ireland to 60 in total so far and the company has ambitious plans to have 40 stores opened across the UK by summer 2013. Speaking to Newry Times, Peter Murray, Buttercrane Centre Manager said; “We warmly welcome Hoi Polloi to Buttercrane Centre and are delighted to have another excellent fashion retailer on board, adding to the wide choice and variety of clothing and accessories available to our shoppers. We expect the store’s new presence to drive additional footfall and I believe that the Hoi Polloi store will do very well indeed.” Hoi Polloi Store manager, Aoibheann McGovern added; “Buttercrane Centre is a particularly attractive venue for Hoi Polloi, thanks to its strong fashion focus and excellent trading reputation. The store brings a fresh, new proposition to shoppers at the centre and our brand list includes sought after fashion names such as Police, Duck, Cover, Gio Goi, Weekend Offender, Converse and Fire Trap.” She added, “Since opening our doors, trade had been brisk and we look forward to building our business further at Buttercrane Centre.”
