Peter Murray, Centre Manager is inviting everyone to come on down and enjoy the craic – and some brand new experiences – at Buttercrane.
Peter said, “It’s going to be a great extended weekend with plenty of time for celebrating and shopping too. There’s so much going on at Buttercrane with lots of family fun such as traditional St Patrick’s music, dancing, face-painting, costumed characters – including lots of leprechauns from the Carlingford National Leprechaun Hunt – ‘What’s in the Bag’ prize competitions and much more.”
He continued, “We’re not forgetting Mother’s Day either which falls on Sunday 18th March. Mums and daughters – and sons too – will love the fact that Buttercrane Centre is kicking off its Newry Style City fringe fashion events in time for Mother Day with professional Model Spotters scouting for potential local modelling talent and ‘Street Style Spotters’ picking out the most stylish shoppers on 18th & 24th March.”
In conclusion Peter said, “Plus O’Brien’s Irish Sandwich Café will also open up a brand new outlet at Buttercrane in time for St Patrick Day. O’Brien’s is a great addition to the excellent food and coffee offering at Buttercrane and of course shoppers will love their famous shamrock -shaped Shambos – the perfect treat on St Patrick’s weekend or indeed anytime!”
