The police car came from the Trevor hill direction with no siren or lights flashing to the junction on the other side of the road. The car containing 4 members of the public had left the junction and the police car hit the car at the back wheel area of the car it spun round about 180o. The 2 police officers ran over and asked if they where ok and it took the 2 of them with extreme force to pull the back door of the car to let 1 of the male passengers out of the back close to where the impact was. Their was about 6 police cars attended the scene 2 ambulances and a fire engine. I witnessed this as I was sitting in the traffic on the way to hill street
