Emergency run/walk/cycle tonight for Alannah

Show your support tonight for Alannah

An emergency run/walk/cycle has been organised tonight in Newry in support of a little local girl who is in hospital. The event is called ‘Make it light for Alannah’ and anyone attending is advised to bring lights, torches and reflective gear. Participants can either choose to walk 5/10km, run 5/10km or cycle the 5/10km route. A small £5 fee in support of Alanah will also be appreciated.

The Shamrocks Clubhouse in Pairc Esler will be open for registration from 6:15pm tonight. There will be two separate registration points; one for the 10k run/bike event and one for 5k run/walk. Additionally, there will be three starts, anyone on bikes will go first then the 10k runners will follow then 5k run/walkers, all in close succession.
