Information sought following car theft in Newtownhamilton

Dundalk Street in Newtownhamilton is once again the scene of a crime as police appeal for information following the theft of a vehicle in the area. A black Toyota Landcruiser, registration BXZ 8939, was taken some time between 11pm on Saturday, 14 January, and 9.30am on Sunday, 15 January.

The news comes just days after a woman was threatened with a firearm and robbed in the area.

Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the car being taken or has information in relation to the whereabouts of the vehicle to contact them on 0845 600 8000.
