CRY to hold heart screenings in Newry later this month

An organisation that aims to raise awareness of conditions that can lead sudden cardiac deaths in young people, will be doing free heart screenings later this month in Newry.

Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), will be visiting the city as part of their Test My Heart Tour, which travels the UK offering free cardiac screenings for young people. The screenings will be held at Newry Shamrocks main clubrooms on the 28th and 29th of January.

The services is available to anyone between the ages of 14 and 35 and is funded by donations made to CRY Northern Ireland. The service is free of charge and young people in the region are encouraged to come along.
