Kettlebell training revolution comes to Newry with KBX

People in the Newry & Mourne Area who have been struggling to lose weight or gain fitness will be delighted to know that KBX has announced that they are bringing kettlebell training to Newry. Unlike many other forms of training, kettlebell training is “brutal fun” and a hard kettlebell workout gives you a tremendous sense of accomplishment. Kettlebell training is accessible and practical for all.

From the elite athlete looking for an edge, to the sedentary person looking to discover fitness for the first time. And everyone in between. All can benefit. KBX would like to welcome all newcomers to their Newry class. Please give it a try, they have many different weights of kettlebells to cater for each individual’s needs and you will be looked after by their personal trainer throughout your journey to fitness.
