Bessbrook collision: Driver “failed to remain at scene” after hitting motorbike

Police are investigating a collision in Bessbrook on Saturday, 26 September.

Speaking to Newry Times, Constable Hannigan said, “The collision at the junction of Millvale Road and Kidds Road was reported at around 4 pm.



“It involved a motorbike and another vehicle, possibly red-coloured.

“It was reported the driver of the second vehicle failed to remain at the scene. 



“The motorbike rider sustained minor injuries.

“The motorbike rider was treated at hospital.

Constable Hannigan added, “I am appealing to witnesses or anyone who captured dash-cam footage, to please get in touch by calling 101.
