Police appeal after theft of two cars

Police are appealing for information following the theft of two cars.

psni55Sometime between 10am and 1pm on Wednesday, 13th January, a gold Vauxhall Nova and Ford Poplar were taken from the shed of a property on Tierny Road, Newry.

A side valve engine, an Austin engine and a duck egg green Austin shell from 1960s vehicles were also taken.

A flat bed lorry was observed leaving the property in 13 January and driving off in the direction of the carriageway.

Police would like to hear from anyone who has information in relation to the theft of whereabouts of the vehicles and parts. They can be contacted on 101, quoting ref: 790 210116.
