Man charged with 10 drug offences after Warrenpoint police search

A 24 year old man has been charged with 10 drug offences including possession of a class B controlled drug with intent to supply, possession of a class C controlled drug with intent to supply and converting criminal property. psniHe is due to appear at Armagh Magistrates Court on the morning of Friday 10th April. The charges follow the seizure of drugs with an estimated value of £20,000 and two suspected firearms following searches in Warrenpoint on Wednesday 8th April. A 23 year old man was released to be reported to the PPS on the evening of Wednesday 8th April. As is normal procedure, all charges are reviewed by the PPS.
