The Quays Shopping Centre is bringing something different to this year’s Newry Style City by hosting a ‘Living Dolls’ fashion event.

On Saturday 12th April, from 1-4pm models will come to life on an alternative catwalk, showcasing individual looks from some of the centre’s local and international brand names such as Topshop, Miss Selfridge, Topman, NEXT, Gasp and Sainsbury’s to name a few.

The event will also feature special guest and host for the day, former Miss Northern Ireland 2012, model and blogger Tiffany O’ Brian also known as ‘Peanut Butter Girl’, who will be taking shoppers through the different trends as well as sharing some of her own personal fashion and lifestyle tips.

Joining Tiffany on the day will be professional models from Style Academy in Belfast who will have their makeup done by acclaimed artist Paddy McGurgan’s Make Up Pro Store, transforming them into living dolls.

The event will consist of four scheduled shows taking place on the centre mall at 1:00pm, 1:45pm, 2:30pm and 3:15pm.

Cathal Austin, Centre Manager at The Quays said, “We are delighted to be once again involved with Newry Style City, hosting our own special event in the Centre.

“This year our ‘Living Dolls’ event will offer shoppers an alternative take on a typical catwalk show and we are also particularly excited about welcoming former Miss Northern Ireland 2012, Tiffany O’Brian to The Quays, highlighting the fantastic range of fashion available at The Quays and Drumalane Mill at The Quays,” he added.

To make sure you are bang on trend this season get down to The Quays Shopping Centre in Newry on Saturday 12th April and enjoy a fashion packed day.
