Police launch investigation after chapel attack

Police in Kilkeel are appealing for information following an incident of criminal damage that occurred in the Drumcro Road area sometime between 5pm on Friday 24th January and 9am on Saturday 25th January. A stain glass window at a chapel was smashed when a statue and a stone were thrown at it. Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact Kilkeel Police Station on 0845 600 8000. Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.
