Police in Newry are investigating a report of theft of an agricultural item from a farm property in the Sheeptown Road area. Sometime between Friday 22nd November and Sunday 1st December a red power link box was removed from a tractor which had been parked in the farmyard. This item had the words “a genuine McKenna product” printed in yellow on either side and would most likely have required machinery to remove it due to the weight of the item. Anyone with any information can contact police in Newry on 0845 600 8000. Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111
