Police seek witnesses to boat engine robbery

Police in Kilkeel are appealing for information following the theft of an engine from a boat on Greencastle Pier Road.

Some time between 1pm on Thursday, 10th January and 11am on Saturday, 12th January the 15hp Mariner outboard engine was taken.

The engine has a broken handle and a rusted bolt and there is a fibreglass patch on the hood.

Police are appealing to anyone who has information in relation to the theft or whereabouts of this engine to contact them on 0845 600 8000.
