Ranger’s Hall to host public meeting on Welfare Reform

Sinn Féin councillor Terry Hearty is to host a public meeting with MLA Mickey Brady, the party spokesperson on Welfare Rights and the lead person on amendments to the Welfare Reform Bill.

Speaking to Newry Times, Councillor Hearty explained,“This Bill will affect the most vulnerable people in our area and I am encouraging all constituents to attend this Public Meeting, as these changes will affect someone in your family.

“Mickey is a person who understands the Welfare System after representing people and fighting for their rights for over 30 years.

He added, “Once again I would encourage all to attend this important meeting to be held in the Ranger’s Hall, Crossmaglen on Thursday 6th December at 7.30pm.”
