How Sweet! On Saturday 20th October, 10am-4pm, Buttercrane Centre, Newry will host a mega ‘Bake a Difference’ cake sale in support of the October 2012 Concern Bake a Difference campaign to raise funds to tackle hunger in some of the world’s poorest countries. Local families, community groups and even schools are invited to bring their home-baked treats to Buttercrane Centre to be sold by Concern on the day. Anything goes, whether it is cakes, buns, biscuits, bread or fancy cupcakes and all contributions are welcome.
