Reward offered after Warrenpoint theft

Police in Warrenpoint are appealing for information following the theft of machinery from a commercial yard on Bridge Road.

The stolen cherry picker is very similar to the one pictured, however it is a Genie S65 model

A Genie S65 cherry picker and a Mac Gen generator were taken from the yard in the two weeks prior to 11th May.

The cherry picker is owned by Belfast based company Easi Uplifts who have offered a reward for the return of this item.

Speaking to Newry Times, Constable Natalie Brennan said, “Anyone with information about the theft or whereabouts of these items is asked to contact us in Warrenpoint on 101, quoting ref: 636 110515.”
